01. Corporate and General Terms

• Data Collection and Privacy: The institute reserves the absolute right to securely store the personal data of students and instructors (including National Identity Card numbers, telephone numbers, residential addresses, and profile photographs) within the system. This data will be utilized exclusively for necessary educational and administrative functions, such as generating automated QR identification cards and dispatching essential SMS notifications.
• Right to be Forgotten: Should any user wish to have their user account or personal identifying data permanently removed from the system, they must formally notify the institutional administration (Admin). Upon verification, the administration will take immediate and secure steps to deactivate the account and permanently erase the associated data from our active databases.
• Use of Cookies: To ensure robust account security and facilitate user-friendly features such as the 'Remember Me' function, the system strictly employs only Essential Cookies. We guarantee that no unauthorized data tracking or unnecessary third-party cookies are deployed for data harvesting purposes.
• Limitation of Liability: The institute shall not be held legally or financially liable for any temporary service disruptions (Server Downtime), accidental data loss, or systemic interruptions caused by unauthorized cyber-attacks or unforeseen technical failures. Nevertheless, the administration assures that maximum technical security measures and industry-standard protocols are continuously implemented to safeguard the system infrastructure.
• Account Suspension: The administration retains the unilateral right to immediately deactivate, suspend, or permanently block the account of any user found to be violating the institute's established rules and regulations, without the obligation of prior notice or warning.
• System Security and Auditing: Every financial transaction and critical modification executed within the system is meticulously recorded as immutable Audit Logs, complete with corresponding IP addresses. Any unauthorized attempt to access, breach, or maliciously manipulate the system is strictly illegal and will be subject to severe disciplinary and legal action.
• Jurisdiction: The institute reserves the fundamental right to amend, update, or entirely modify these terms and conditions at any given time. All terms, conditions, and operations are strictly governed by and construed in accordance with the prevailing laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

02. Terms for Students

Account Management and Identification Cards

• All personal and academic information provided by you must be 100% accurate and verifiable. As a mandatory security measure implemented to prevent the creation of fraudulent identification cards, any request to alter or update a previously uploaded profile photograph is strictly subject to the explicit approval of the institutional Administrator (Admin). Students may request permission from the Admin for this modification any number of times, provided there is a valid, justifiable reason.
• Minors' Consent: If students under the age of 18 are utilizing this system and submitting personal data, the student must guarantee and legally certify that they have obtained the explicit, informed, and full consent of their parents or legal guardians to do so.
• The Digital ID card featuring the system-generated QR code is strictly mandatory for attendance verification during physical classes. Transferring, sharing, or allowing another individual to use your Digital ID is strictly prohibited.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your confidential login credentials (Username and Password) with any third party is strictly forbidden. Attempting to access the system from multiple devices simultaneously (Concurrent Logins) may trigger automated security protocols, resulting in the immediate suspension of your account.

Payments and Access to Content

• Access to newly uploaded video lessons, supplementary materials, and tutorials (Tutes) is strictly contingent upon the full and successful payment of class fees for the respective active month.
• In the event of Pending Dues, the automated system will actively restrict and block your access to the educational materials until all outstanding financial obligations are fully settled.

Assignments (Homework) and Copyright Restrictions

• All assigned homework and coursework must be submitted before the expiration of the stipulated time frame (Countdown Timer). Answer scripts for a specific assignment can only be uploaded successfully once.
• The maximum file size permitted for uploads is strictly 10MB, and all digital files must be formatted as PDF, JPG, or PNG. Should you encounter technical difficulties, such as your file exceeding the 10MB limit, you are required to promptly notify your respective instructor or the system Admin for alternative arrangements.
• Distributing, sharing, reproducing, or leaking system-hosted lessons, video content, and proprietary tutorials to external third parties, or publishing them on the public internet, is a severe violation of intellectual property laws and is strictly illegal.

03. Terms for Instructors

Accounts and Digital Content

• Any requested modification to the registered Email address associated with your primary instructor account must be processed exclusively through the central institutional administration.
• The instructor bears full, undeniable, and sole responsibility for the factual accuracy, academic integrity, and strict Copyright compliance of all video lessons, PDF tutorials, examination papers, and any other materials uploaded to the system.
• Indemnification: In the event that the institute faces legal repercussions, disputes, or financial liabilities arising from intellectual property infringement or the illegal uploading of unauthorized content by an instructor, the offending instructor is fully obligated to reimburse the institute for all resulting legal fees, financial penalties, and associated structural damages.
• The system Administrator retains the supreme authority to unilaterally remove any content deemed legally inappropriate, academically inaccurate, or in violation of institutional core policies.

Payments and Payouts (Commissions)

• The collection of student class fees is conducted exclusively in person at the physical institute premises. A predefined System Commission (percentage) established by the institute will be formally deducted from the total monthly fees collected, and the remaining balance will be disbursed directly to the instructor. The institute reserves the sole right to periodically review and adjust this commission percentage.
• All financial payouts and settlements will be calculated and processed relying solely on the official, immutable System Generated Records. Instructors can transparently monitor these detailed financial metrics and transaction histories via their dedicated 'My Earnings' dashboard.

Student Data and Classroom Management

• Under absolutely no circumstances is an instructor permitted to extract, share, commercially exploit, or disclose the personal data of students visible through the system to any unauthorized third party.
• Instructors are strictly responsible for the timely evaluation, grading, and feedback processing of student assignments. Furthermore, the system's official messaging features (Announcements) must be utilized exclusively for formal educational and administrative communications relevant to the course.
