Our system does not process online payments. Please visit the institute physically to make your payment. Once paid, the system Administrator (Admin) will manually update your account status, granting you access to the videos and tutorials for that month.

There are two main reasons this might happen:
1. The file you are trying to upload exceeds the 10MB size limit.
2. Your file is not in the required PDF, JPG, or PNG format.
Please compress your file below 10MB, ensure the correct format, and try again.

After successfully logging into the system, navigate to your "My Profile" or "ID Card" section. There you will find your Digital ID complete with your photograph and the system-generated QR code. This is mandatory for attendance verification.

If you have forgotten your password, please contact the administration (Admin) using the contact details provided below. After verifying your identity, they will issue a new password or reset link for your account.

Our LMS exclusively supports YouTube for video hosting. First, upload your video to YouTube. Then, log in to your instructor dashboard, navigate to the relevant lesson section, and insert the YouTube Link (Embed URL) into the system.

Navigate to the "My Earnings" page on your dashboard. There you can view detailed system-generated records of student payments, the deducted system commission, and your final net income for the period.
