Once logged in to your Student Dashboard, navigate to "Upload Bank Slip" / "Pay Fees". Select your teacher, subject, and month, then upload a clear photo or PDF scan (max 5MB) of your bank deposit slip or online banking transfer receipt. Our administrative team will verify and approve the payment within 24 to 48 hours, instantly granting you access to the lecture recordings, live classes, and tutes. (Counter payments at the physical institute are also accepted).

Visit your Profile and navigate to "NIC Verification". Upload high-resolution photos of the front and back of your NIC. Once audited and verified by the Admin, your account is marked as a "Verified Student", which is required for exam sittings and advanced LMS features.

When a live session is scheduled, go to the "Live Classes" section on your dashboard. You can watch the real-time broadcast and ask questions via the interactive live chat. All participants must maintain respectful etiquette. Spam, abusive language, and screen recording/piracy are strictly prohibited and will lead to an immediate ban.

On the Login page, simply click "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Facebook". As long as your Google or Facebook account email matches the email address registered with Knowledge Win LMS, you will be securely authenticated without having to enter a separate password.

Download the official Android APK from the LMS portal or knowledgewin.lk. Install the application on your smartphone, log in with your credentials, and enjoy uninterrupted learning on the go.

After logging into your account, click on "My Profile" or "ID Card". You will see your Digital ID containing your student details and personalized QR code, which must be scanned at the entrance gate for physical attendance.

Click on "Forgot Password" on the login screen or contact our support team. Once your identity is verified, a password reset procedure will be provided.

From your Instructor Dashboard, open the "Lessons" or "Live Streaming" module. Embed your unlisted YouTube video or YouTube Live Stream URL to broadcast classes securely to enrolled students with synchronized chat.

To unlock premium institutional features and generate bulk Barcode/QR student ID cards, navigate to "Upgrade to PRO" or "Buy ID Credits" in your dashboard. Upload your payment slip, and your subscription will be approved by the platform administrator.

Navigate to the "My Earnings" page on your dashboard. There you can view detailed system-generated records of student payments, the deducted system commission, and your final net income for the period.
