Knowledge Win (knowledgewin.lk) හි පාඨමාලා ගාස්තු, මාර්ගගත බැංකු ගෙවීම් (Bank Slip Payments), සහ PRO සේවා සම්බන්ධයෙන් වන අපගේ මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවීමේ (Refund) ප්‍රතිපත්තිය පහතින් දක්වා ඇත.
01. සාමාන්‍ය මුදල් ආපසු නොගෙවීමේ ප්‍රතිපත්තිය (General Policy)
Strict No-Refund Policy
- ආයතනයට පැමිණ භෞතිකව හෝ අපගේ LMS වෙත බැංකු රිසිට්පත් (Bank Transfer Slips) උඩුගත කිරීමෙන් සිදු කරන පන්ති ගාස්තු ගෙවීම්, කිසිදු පෞද්ගලික හේතුවක් මත (උදා: පන්තියට සහභාගී නොවීම, අන්තර්ජාල සම්බන්ධතා දුර්වලතා, අසනීප වීම, හෝ වෙනත් පන්ති සමඟ වේලාවන් ගැටීම) නැවත මුදලින් ආපසු ගෙවනු නොලැබේ.
- යම් පාඨමාලාවකට අදාළ අධ්‍යයන ද්‍රව්‍ය (Notes/Tutes), පටිගත කළ වීඩියෝ (Recordings) හෝ සජීවී පන්ති ප්‍රවේශය (Live Stream Access) සිසුවා වෙත සක්‍රීය වූ පසු (Activated), එම ගාස්තු කිසිදු තත්වයක් යටතේ ආපසු ගෙවනු නොලැබේ.
02. බැංකු රිසිට්පත් ගෙවීම් (Bank Slip Uploads & Rejections)
- සිසුන් විසින් පද්ධතියට උඩුගත කරන බැංකු තැන්පතු හෝ Online Banking රිසිට්පත් අපගේ පරිපාලක (Admin) කණ්ඩායම විසින් පැය 24-48ක් ඇතුළත සත්‍යාපනය කර අනුමත කරනු ලැබේ.
- උඩුගත කළ රිසිට්පත අපැහැදිලි වීම, බැංකු මුද්‍රාව හෝ Reference Number නොමැති වීම, හෝ මුදල් බැර වී නොමැති වීම හේතුවෙන් ප්‍රතික්ෂේප (Rejected) වුවහොත්, නිවැරදි රිසිට්පතක් නැවත උඩුගත කිරීමට සිසුවාට පැය 48ක සහන කාලයක් හිමිවේ.
- ව්‍යාජ, සංස්කරණය කරන ලද (Photoshopped) හෝ වෙනත් අයෙකුගේ රිසිට්පත් උඩුගත කිරීම බරපතල වරදක් වන අතර, එවැනි අවස්ථාවලදී කිසිදු මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවීමකින් තොරව සිසු ගිණුම ස්ථිරවම අත්හිටුවනු ලැබේ.
03. PRO පැකේජ සහ හැඳුනුම්පත් ක්‍රෙඩිට් (PRO Subscriptions & ID Credits)
- ගුරුවරුන් හෝ ආයතන විසින් මිලදී ගන්නා LMS PRO Package දායකත්වයන් (Subscriptions) සහ තොග ශිෂ්‍ය හැඳුනුම්පත් මුද්‍රණ ක්‍රෙඩිට් (Student ID Generation Credits) ඩිජිටල් මෘදුකාංග සේවාවන් වන බැවින්, මිලදී ගැනීමෙන් හෝ ක්‍රෙඩිට් භාවිතයෙන් පසුව මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවීමක් (Non-refundable) සිදු කරනු නොලැබේ.
04. මුදල් ආපසු ලබාදෙන හෝ වෙනස් කරන විශේෂ අවස්ථා (Exceptions)
- ආයතනයේ හෝ ගුරුවරයාගේ තාක්ෂණික දෝෂයක් හේතුවෙන් කිසියම් පන්තියක් මුළුමනින්ම අවලංගු වුවහොත් (සහ ඒ වෙනුවට විකල්ප සජීවී පන්තියක් හෝ පටිගත කිරීමක් ලබා නොදෙන්නේ නම්) පමණක්, අදාළ මාසික ගාස්තුව ඊළඟ මාසයේ පන්ති ගාස්තුවට බැර කිරීමට (Rollover/Adjust) හෝ කළමනාකාරීත්වයේ අනුමැතිය මත ආපසු ලබා දීමට කටයුතු කරනු ලැබේ.

01. Strict No-Refund Policy
General Non-Refundability
- Fees paid for courses—whether paid physically at the institute counter or through online bank transfer slip uploads via our LMS—are strictly non-refundable under any personal circumstances (e.g., student schedule conflicts, change of mind, personal sickness, or individual internet connectivity issues).
- Once digital course materials (downloadable notes/tutes), recorded video archives, or Live Class broadcast access has been unlocked for the student's account, the fee for that billing cycle cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
02. Bank Transfer Slips & Rejected Payments
- Bank deposit slips and online banking transaction receipts uploaded by students are reviewed and verified by the administrative staff within 24 to 48 hours.
- If a submitted slip is rejected due to illegibility, absent bank stamps, mismatched transaction reference numbers, or uncredited funds, the student is granted a 48-hour cure window to re-upload a clear, valid proof of payment before course access is restricted.
- Submitting forged, photoshopped, or duplicate slips is a severe violation resulting in immediate account termination without eligibility for refund.
03. PRO Packages & Student ID Generation Credits
- SaaS PRO Package subscriptions and bulk Student ID Card Generation Credits purchased by tutors or educational institutes are categorized as digital access software and consumptive credits. Once purchased or utilized, they are strictly non-refundable.
04. Exceptional Circumstances
- Refunds or credit rollovers will only be granted if an active course is permanently discontinued or canceled due to the institute or instructor's default, and no make-up sessions or alternative materials are supplied. In such instances, fees will be adjusted against the subsequent month or refunded at management discretion.
