Knowledge Win හි පන්ති ගාස්තු සහ අනෙකුත් ගෙවීම් සම්බන්ධයෙන් වන අපගේ මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවීමේ (Refund) ප්රතිපත්තිය පහතින් දක්වා ඇත.
01. සාමාන්ය ප්රතිපත්තිය (General Policy)
මුදල් ආපසු නොගෙවීමේ ප්රතිපත්තිය (Strict No Refund Policy)
- අපගේ ආයතනයට පැමිණ භෞතිකව (Physically) සිදුකරන පන්ති ගාස්තු ගෙවීම්, කිසිදු පෞද්ගලික හේතුවක් මත (උදා: පන්තියට පැමිණීමට නොහැකි වීම, අසනීප වීම, වෙනත් පන්ති සමඟ වේලාවන් ගැටීම) ආපසු ගෙවනු නොලැබේ.
- අපගේ පද්ධතිය (LMS) හරහා මාර්ගගත ගෙවීම් (Online Payments) සිදු නොකරන අතර, ඔබ ආයතනයට මුදල් ගෙවූ පසු අදාළ ගෙවීම පද්ධතියේ පරිපාලක (Admin) විසින් යාවත්කාලීන කරනු ලබයි. එම නිසා ගෙවීම් සම්බන්ධ සියලු ගැටලු ආයතනය තුළදීම නිරාකරණය කරගත යුතුය.
02. මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවන විශේෂ අවස්ථා (Exceptions)
- ආයතනයේ හෝ ගුරුවරයාගේ වරදකින් යම් පන්තියක් මුළුමනින්ම අවලංගු වුවහොත් (සහ ඒ සඳහා වෙනත් දිනයක විකල්ප පන්තියක් නොපැවැත්වෙන්නේ නම්) පමණක්, අදාළ මාසය සඳහා ගෙවූ මුදල ආපසු ලබා දීමට හෝ ඊළඟ මාසයේ ගාස්තුවෙන් අඩු කිරීමට (Adjust) පියවර ගනු ලැබේ.
03. ශිෂ්ය වට්ටම් සහ සහන (Discounts & Concessions)
- ශිෂ්ය වට්ටම් (Free Cards හෝ Half Cards) ලබා දීම සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම ආයතනයේ කළමනාකාරීත්වයේ තීරණයක් මත පදනම් වේ.
- යම් ශිෂ්යයෙකුගේ වට්ටම් කාලසීමාව අවසන් වීමෙන් පසු ගෙවන ලද මුදල් කිසිදු හේතුවක් මත නැවත ආපසු ලබා දෙනු නොලැබේ.

01. General Policy
Strict No Refund Policy
- Fees paid for physical classes conducted at the institute are strictly non-refundable under any personal circumstances (e.g., inability to attend, illness, scheduling conflicts with other classes).
- Our system (LMS) does not process online payments. All payments are made physically at the institute, after which the system Administrator (Admin) manually updates your payment status. Therefore, any disputes regarding payments must be resolved physically at the institute.
02. Exceptions
- Refunds will only be considered in the specific event where a class is completely canceled due to a direct fault on the part of the institute or the respective instructor (and no alternative make-up class is provided). In such cases, the fee may be refunded or adjusted against the following month's fees.
03. Discounts & Concessions
- The issuance of any student fee discounts, including Free Cards or Half Cards, rests entirely upon the absolute discretion of the institutional management.
- Fees paid after the expiration of any promotional or discount period are strictly non-refundable.
