01. අප එක්රැස් කරන දත්ත සහ භාවිතය
- පෞද්ගලික තොරතුරු: ගිණුම් සෑදීම සහ හැඳුනුම්පත් (ID Cards) නිකුත් කිරීම සඳහා පමණක් අපි ඔබගේ නම, ජාතික හැඳුනුම්පත් අංකය (NIC), දුරකථන අංකය, ලිපිනය සහ ඡායාරූපය ලබා ගනිමු.
- පණිවිඩ හුවමාරුව: අපගේ පද්ධතිය තුළ බාහිර SMS සේවාවන් (External SMS Gateways) භාවිතා නොකරයි. සියලුම නිවේදන සහ පණිවිඩ හුවමාරු කිරීම් සිදුවන්නේ පද්ධතියේ දත්ත ගබඩාව (Database) හරහා ක්රියාත්මක වන අභ්යන්තර පණිවිඩ ක්රමයක් මගින් පමණි.
02. බාහිර සේවා භාවිතය (Third-Party Services)
- වීඩියෝ සහ සජීවී පන්ති: අපගේ පද්ධතිය හරහා සජීවී පන්ති (Live Classes) සහ පටිගත කළ වීඩියෝ (Recorded Videos) නැරඹීම සඳහා භාවිතා කරන්නේ YouTube වේදිකාව පමණි. අප Zoom හෝ වෙනත් බාහිර සන්නිවේදන මාධ්යයන් මේ සඳහා භාවිතා නොකරයි.
- YouTube වීඩියෝ නැරඹීමේදී, YouTube හි රහස්යතා ප්රතිපත්ති ද අදාළ විය හැකි බව කරුණාවෙන් සලකන්න.
- අපි කිසිදු තෙවන පාර්ශවයකට (Third-parties) ඔබගේ පෞද්ගලික දත්ත විකිණීම හෝ බෙදාගැනීම සිදු නොකරමු.
03. ගෙවීම් තොරතුරු (Payment Information)
අපගේ පද්ධතිය කිසිදු මාර්ගගත ගෙවීම් ද්වාරයක් (Online Payment Gateway) සමඟ සම්බන්ධ කර නොමැත.
- ඔබගේ ක්රෙඩිට් (Credit), ඩෙබිට් (Debit) කාඩ්පත් විස්තර හෝ වෙනත් කිසිදු බැංකු තොරතුරක් අපගේ පද්ධතිය හරහා ලබාගැනීම හෝ ගබඩා කිරීම සිදු නොකරයි.
- සියලුම පන්ති ගාස්තු ගෙවීම් ආයතනයට පැමිණ භෞතිකව (Physically) සිදු කළ යුතු අතර, ඉන්පසුව පරිපාලක (Admin) විසින් අදාළ මාසය සඳහා ඔබගේ ගෙවීම පද්ධතියේ Manual ලෙස යාවත්කාලීන කරනු ලැබේ.
04. දත්ත ඉවත් කිරීම (Data Deletion)
- Soft Delete ක්රමය: පරිශීලකයෙකු තම ගිණුම හෝ දත්ත පද්ධතියෙන් ඉවත් කරන ලෙස ඉල්ලීමක් කළහොත්, අපගේ පරිපාලනය විසින් එම දත්ත සක්රීය භාවිතයෙන් ඉවත් කිරීම (Soft Delete) සිදු කරයි. මේ හරහා ඔබගේ දත්ත තවදුරටත් පද්ධතියේ දර්ශනය නොවන අතර, ගිණුම සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම අක්රීය වේ.

01. Data Collection and Usage
- Personal Information: We collect your name, National Identity Card (NIC) number, phone number, address, and photograph strictly for the purposes of account creation and the issuance of student ID cards.
- Communications: Our system does not utilize any external SMS gateways. All notifications, alerts, and messaging are handled exclusively through an internal messaging system directly within our secure database.
02. Third-Party Services
- Video and Live Classes: We exclusively use the YouTube platform for embedding recorded video lessons and conducting Live Classes. We do not use Zoom or any other external video conferencing tools within the LMS.
- Please note that when viewing YouTube videos, YouTube's own privacy policies may also apply to the embedded player.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any external third parties or marketing agencies.
03. Payment Information
Our system is not connected to any Online Payment Gateways.
- We do not collect, process, or store any Credit Card, Debit Card, or other sensitive bank account information within our system.
- All class fees must be paid physically at the institute. Upon successful payment, the system Administrator (Admin) will manually update your payment status for the respective month within the LMS.
04. Data Deletion and Retention
- Soft Delete Mechanism: If a user requests the removal of their account or personal data from the system, our administration will process this using a "Soft Delete" method. This ensures your account is securely deactivated and your data is hidden from active use and public/administrative display within the system.
