Knowledge Win LMS (knowledgewin.lk) හි ඔබගේ පෞද්ගලිකත්වය ආරක්ෂා කිරීම අපගේ උසස්ම ප්‍රමුඛතාවයකි. අපගේ ඉගෙනුම් කළමනාකරණ පද්ධතිය හරහා අපි ඔබගේ දත්ත එක්රැස් කරන, භාවිතා කරන, සහ ආරක්ෂා කරන ආකාරය මෙම රහස්‍යතා ප්‍රතිපත්තිය මගින් පැහැදිලි කෙරේ. මෙම ප්‍රතිපත්තිය 2022 අංක 09 දරන ශ්‍රී ලංකා පුද්ගලික දත්ත ආරක්ෂණ පනත (PDPA) සහ අදාළ ජාත්‍යන්තර රෙගුලාසි වලට අනුකූලව සකස් කර ඇත.
01. අප එක්රැස් කරන දත්ත (Information We Collect)
- මූලික ගිණුම් තොරතුරු: ගිණුම් ලියාපදිංචිය සහ ශිෂ්‍ය හැඳුනුම්පත් (Student ID Cards) නිකුත් කිරීම සඳහා ඔබගේ සම්පූර්ණ නම, ජාතික හැඳුනුම්පත් අංකය (NIC), දුරකථන අංකය, ලිපිනය, අධ්‍යාපනික ශ්‍රේණිය/විෂයයන් සහ පැතිකඩ ඡායාරූපය (Profile Photo) ලබා ගනිමු.
- ජාතික හැඳුනුම්පත් සත්‍යාපන දත්ත (NIC Verification): ශිෂ්‍ය අනන්‍යතාවය නීත්‍යානුකූලව තහවුරු කිරීමට සහ විභාග වංචා වැළැක්වීමට ඔබ විසින් උඩුගත කරනු ලබන ජාතික හැඳුනුම්පත් (NIC) ඉදිරිපස සහ පසුපස ඡායාරූප අපගේ ආරක්ෂිත සේවාදායකයේ (Secure Server) දැඩි ප්‍රවේශ සීමා සහිතව ගබඩා වන අතර, පරිපාලක සත්‍යාපනයෙන් පසු සුරක්ෂිතව තබා ගනී. කිසිදු බාහිර පාර්ශවයකට මෙය නිරාවරණය නොකෙරේ.
- බැංකු ගෙවීම් රිසිට්පත් (Bank Transfer Receipts): පාඨමාලා ගාස්තු හෝ PRO පැකේජ සඳහා බැංකු තැන්පතු හෝ Online Banking හරහා සිදු කළ ගෙවීම් තහවුරු කිරීමට ඔබ විසින් පද්ධතියට උඩුගත කරන බැංකු රිසිට්පත් (Deposit Slips / Screenshots) ගෙවීම් පරීක්ෂාව සහ විගණන කටයුතු සඳහා පමණක් භාවිතා කෙරේ.
- සමාජ මාධ්‍ය පිවිසුම් (Google & Facebook OAuth): ඔබ Google හෝ Facebook Login හරහා පද්ධතියට පිවිසෙන විට, අප ලබාගන්නේ ඔබගේ මූලික පැතිකඩ තොරතුරු (නම, ඊමේල් ලිපිනය සහ Profile Picture URL) පමණි. ඔබගේ මුරපද (Passwords) හෝ සමාජ මාධ්‍ය පෞද්ගලික තොරතුරු අප වෙත කිසිවිටෙකත් සම්ප්‍රේෂණය නොවේ.
- පද්ධති භාවිත දත්ත: පන්ති පැමිණීම (Attendance), විභාග ලකුණු, සජීවී පන්ති අන්තර්ක්‍රියාකාරී Chat පණිවිඩ සහ ආරක්ෂක ලොග් දත්ත (IP Address & Access Logs).
02. දත්ත භාවිතය සහ ශ්‍රී ලංකා PDPA පනතට අනුකූලතාව
- අප ඔබගේ පෞද්ගලික දත්ත භාවිතා කරන්නේ අධ්‍යාපනික සේවා සැපයීම, පන්ති ප්‍රවේශ පාලනය, ගෙවීම් තහවුරු කිරීම සහ ආරක්ෂක සත්‍යාපනය සඳහා පමණි.
- අපගේ පද්ධතිය 2022 අංක 09 දරන ශ්‍රී ලංකා පුද්ගලික දත්ත ආරක්ෂණ පනතට (PDPA) පූර්ණ වශයෙන් අනුකූල වන අතර, සියලුම දත්ත සම්ප්‍රේෂණයන් SSL/TLS සංකේතනය (Encryption) මගින් සුරක්ෂිත කර ඇත.
- අප කිසිදු තෙවන පාර්ශවයකට (Third-parties) හෝ වාණිජ වෙළඳ දැන්වීම් ආයතනයකට ඔබගේ දත්ත විකිණීම, කුලියට දීම හෝ හුවමාරු කිරීම සිදු නොකරයි.
03. බාහිර සේවා භාවිතය (Third-Party Integrations)
- සජීවී සහ පටිගත කළ වීඩියෝ: සජීවී පන්ති (Live Classes) සහ පටිගත කළ පාඩම් විකාශනය සඳහා YouTube API සහ ආරක්ෂිත Embedded Video සේවාවන් භාවිතා කරනු ලැබේ.
- අභ්‍යන්තර සන්නිවේදනය: සියලුම නිවේදන සහ පණිවිඩ හුවමාරු කිරීම් සිදු වන්නේ පද්ධතියේ සුරක්ෂිත දත්ත ගබඩාව හරහා ක්‍රියාත්මක වන අභ්‍යන්තර පණිවිඩ ක්‍රමයක් මගිනි.
04. දත්ත රඳවා ගැනීම සහ ඉවත් කිරීම (Data Deletion Instructions)
පරිශීලකයින්ට තමන්ගේ පෞද්ගලික දත්ත පද්ධතියෙන් ඉවත් කිරීමට (Right to be Forgotten) පූර්ණ අයිතිය ඇත:
- Soft Delete සහ අක්‍රීය කිරීම: පරිශීලකයෙකු තම ගිණුම ඉවත් කිරීමට ඉල්ලීමක් කළ විට, අපගේ පරිපාලනය විසින් එම ගිණුම සක්‍රීය භාවිතයෙන් ඉවත් කර (Soft Delete) පොදු ප්‍රදර්ශනයෙන් ඉවත් කරනු ලැබේ.
- Meta / Facebook දත්ත ඉවත් කිරීමේ උපදෙස් (Facebook Data Deletion): ඔබ අපගේ LMS වෙත සම්බන්ධ වීමට Facebook Login භාවිතා කළේ නම් සහ ඔබගේ Facebook දත්ත ඉවත් කිරීමට අවශ්‍ය නම්, පහත පියවර අනුගමනය කරන්න:
- ඔබගේ Facebook ගිණුමේ Settings & Privacy > Settings වෙත පිවිසෙන්න.
- වම්පස මෙනුවෙන් Apps and Websites තෝරන්න.
- Knowledge Win LMS යෙදුම තෝරා Remove ක්ලික් කරන්න.
- විකල්පයක් ලෙස, ඔබගේ ගිණුමේ ඊමේල් ලිපිනය සඳහන් කර knowledgewinacademy@gmail.com වෙත දත්ත ඉවත් කිරීමේ ඉල්ලීමක් (Data Deletion Request) යොමු කළ හැකිය. දින 7ක් ඇතුළත ඔබගේ දත්ත පද්ධතියෙන් සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම ඉවත් කර තහවුරු කිරීමේ විද්‍යුත් තැපෑලක් ඔබ වෙත එවනු ලැබේ.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, store, and safeguard your data when utilizing our Learning Management System. This policy complies with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) No. 09 of 2022 of Sri Lanka, as well as applicable global privacy frameworks.
01. Information We Collect
- Personal Identification Data: Full name, National Identity Card (NIC) number, email address, phone number, address, grade/subject stream, and profile photograph collected solely for user authentication and the issuance of barcoded/QR student ID cards.
- National Identity Card (NIC) Verification Data: Front and back photographs of student NICs uploaded for identity verification and anti-impersonation safeguards are stored on secure servers with restricted administrative access. They are retained strictly for verification and institutional compliance and are never shared with any third parties or used for commercial purposes.
- Bank Transfer Receipts & Payment Slips: Digital images or PDF copies of deposit slips and online banking transaction receipts uploaded to verify course fees or PRO package subscriptions. These are inspected exclusively for payment verification, accounting, and anti-fraud auditing.
- Social Login Authentication (Google & Facebook OAuth): When you choose to sign in via Google or Facebook Login, we only receive your public profile name, verified email address, and profile picture URL. We never receive or store your social media passwords, friend lists, or private profile information.
- Technical & LMS Activity Data: Class attendance records, assignment/exam marks, Live Class interactive chat messages, device timestamps, and security access logs (IP addresses).
02. Data Usage & Sri Lanka PDPA Compliance
- Your data is used exclusively to facilitate educational instruction, course enrollment, identity verification, payment clearance, and secure LMS operations.
- Knowledge Win operates in strict accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act No. 09 of 2022 of Sri Lanka. All client-server communications are protected by SSL/TLS industry-standard encryption.
- We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information or contact details to third-party advertisers or commercial entities under any circumstances.
03. Third-Party Integrations
- Live Classes & Video Streaming: Embedded video delivery and live broadcast streaming are facilitated via the YouTube API and secure video players. Standard YouTube Terms of Service and Privacy Policies apply to video playback.
- Direct Messaging: Knowledge Win does not utilize unencrypted external SMS gateways. All notices, exam results, and messages are delivered securely through our internal database messaging protocol.
04. Data Retention & Facebook Data Deletion Instructions
In alignment with Meta Platform terms and data subject rights (Right to be Forgotten):
- Soft Deletion & Account Deactivation: When a user requests account termination, our administration performs a secure "Soft Delete", removing the profile from active directories, search listings, and active student pools.
- Facebook Data Deletion Callback & Step-by-Step Instructions: If you used Facebook Login to create or access your Knowledge Win LMS account and wish to delete your data associated with the application, follow these steps:
- Log into your Facebook account and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Scroll down to the Permissions section and click on Apps and Websites.
- Find and select Knowledge Win LMS from the active applications list.
- Click the Remove button.
- Alternatively, you can email our Data Protection Team at knowledgewinacademy@gmail.com with the subject line "Facebook Data Deletion Request", specifying your registered email address. We will permanently purge your linked authentication data within 7 business days and send you confirmation.
